New Avenue Life Outreach
WE CONNECT
At NALO, you’ll never walk alone. We provide a safe space where individuals and families can build meaningful relationships with peer support specialists, support groups, and a community that truly understands. Whether you're just starting your recovery or supporting someone you love, we’ll help you feel seen, heard, and supported every step of the way.
WE EDUCATE
Knowledge is power in the journey toward healing. We offer workshops, life skills training, and substance use education to empower individuals with the tools they need to rebuild their lives. Our goal is to reduce stigma, increase awareness, and help our community make informed, confident decisions.
WE HEAL
Healing is more than abstinence from substance use — it’s about restoring hope, dignity, and purpose. Through peer support, harm reduction practices, and compassionate guidance, we walk with each person on their unique path to recovery. At NALO, healing happens one step, one story, and one life at a time.
What is a Recovery Community Organization (ARSC)?
Addiction Recovery Support Center (ARSC) are independent, non-profit groups led and governed by people in recovery. These organizations are built by the recovery community, for the recovery community, and exist to support long-term healing in real and practical ways. Each ARSC is unique to its local area, but all share a common mission centered around Education & Training, Recovery Support, Advocacy & Activism.

Advocacy & Activism
Across the country and right here in our state, ARSCs are fueling a growing movement — one where stories of recovery are not only heard, but celebrated. Together, we're creating a culture of wellness that helps people and communities thrive.
