Amy Gaylor has been sober from alcohol and drugs for 17 years. What began as a decision to stop using became a commitment to changing the way she lives.
While sobriety laid the foundation, completing anger management was a pivotal turning point in her recovery. Amy realized that unmanaged anger and reactive behavior were just as destructive as substances. Through that process, she learned how to pause instead of react, communicate effectively, and take responsibility for her emotions.
